Okuma Exchange Zone is located in Ogawara District, Okuma Town, Futaba District, Fukushima Prefecture.
This facility aims to promote interaction among local residents, cultural activities, and tourism recovery.
In Okuma Town, which was severely damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011.
It opened in October 2021 as a facility that will serve as a base for recovery.
Inside the facility, there is a multipurpose hall, a training room (conference room), an exercise studio, etc. called "Link Okuma".
“Hotto Okuma” is a hot spring bath facility.
Okuma Mart is lined with restaurants, general stores, laundromats, beauty salons, and electronics stores.
It is used for local events, social gatherings, cultural and sports activities, etc.
We also sell local foods and crafts to tourists.
It also plays a role in communicating the charm of the region.

Hotto Okuma
This is an overnight hot spring facility located in Okuma Town, Futaba District, Fukushima Prefecture. The facility was built with the aim of being a place where people who visit the facility can feel healed and energized.
``Hotto Okuma'' was named with the hope that the town would regain its vitality and become a place where you can feel at home.
There are 13 rooms available for day-trip bathing and overnight stays within the facility.
In addition, at the front desk, we sell local alcoholic beverages such as "Kibokyo" made from sake rice grown in Okuma Town after the earthquake, as well as original products.
