Zarugiku Chrysanthemum Road

Zarugiku Road is the nickname of the road where Shigeru Niizuma, the owner of the field in the back, who returned to the Ogawara area early on, has planted flowers such as zarugiku, roses, and calendula.

Niizuma, who also serves as an auditor for the Okuma Town Agricultural Recovery Association, grows vegetables and flowers over an area of 0.3 hectares, and sometimes gives the finished crops to nearby residents. Niizuma-san is very knowledgeable about how to make soil, how to till it, and how to use fertilizer and care to make it grow deliciously, and the members of the Hata Club, which rents part of the land, have learned a lot from Niizuma-san.
