Measurement items: inbody (body composition), flexibility, bar reaction, grip strength, and interview by instructor
Five times up, time's up and go

Target: People with no restrictions on exercise
Participation fee: 100 yen (drinks and insurance included)
What to bring: indoor shoes, towel, exercise clothes

Application deadline: Until Friday, September 6th
