Menu: ・Edamame rice ・Miso soup (potatoes, new onions) ... made with dashi stock made from kelp and bonito flakes. ・Salmon steamed in foil ・Tomato and cheese salad Six men in their 40s to 90s who live in the Okawahara area participated in this event. Potatoes, new onions, purple onions, and tomatoes were given to us by Shigeru Niizuma, who was also a participant. Purple onions were used in a tomato cheese salad, and potatoes and spring onions were used in miso soup.
